Born in Houston and raised in Richmond, Texas, Ross Torres has strong ties to the local community. He is a proud graduate of Lamar Consolidated High School, where he excelled both academically and athletically. He went on to earn a college degree from Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas, becoming the first in his family to achieve this milestone. Furthering his education, he studied Spanish at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City before pursuing his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law.

During law school, Mr. Torres worked tirelessly to support his family while focusing on criminal trial advocacy, a discipline that would later become the foundation of his legal career. His dedication and determination set the stage for his future success in the courtroom.
